CoreMentor OS sends SMS communications directly and on behalf of its subscribing business partners, including insurance agencies, financial services organizations, marketing firms, and other participating organizations using the platform. Messages may come from the partner organization, the individual recruiter, or the CoreMentor OS platform on their behalf.
CoreMentor OS and its partner organizations send automated SMS/MMS messages to candidates and recruits who have opted in through our website or registration forms. Messages may include:
You opt in to receive SMS messages by submitting your phone number through any form on our website (e.g., the registration or contact form) and agreeing to the SMS consent disclosure displayed at the time of submission.
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message, and no further SMS messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

Message frequency varies depending on your stage in the recruiting process. You may receive between 1–10 messages per week during active recruiting or onboarding phases.
Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier and plan. CoreMentor OS does not charge for SMS messages, but your carrier's standard messaging rates may apply.
Our SMS service is available on all major US carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others. Carrier support may vary.
