1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using CoreMentor OS ("CoreMentor," "Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform.

CoreMentor OS may be operated, managed, supported, licensed, or maintained by affiliated entities, contractors, technology providers, or business partners, including entities associated with Infiniti Financial Partners and other independent organizations.

2. Description of Services

CoreMentor OS is a technology-enabled recruiting, communication, onboarding, workflow, training, and business operations platform designed to support insurance professionals, agencies, recruiters, entrepreneurs, contractors, and third-party organizations.

Access to certain portions of the Platform may require registration, invitation approval, subscription enrollment, or administrative authorization.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform at any time without prior notice.

3. Permitted Use

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws, regulations, licensing requirements, and communication rules.

You agree not to:

• misuse the Platform or attempt unauthorized access;
• interfere with Platform operations or security;
• submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information;
• use the Platform for unlawful marketing, spam, or prohibited communications;
• copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse engineer, or exploit any part of the Platform without written authorization.

4. Communications Consent

By submitting your information through our websites, forms, advertisements, applications, funnels, or communication systems, you expressly consent to receive communications from CoreMentor OS and its authorized representatives through:

• SMS/text messaging,
• email,
• phone calls,
• voicemail,
• automated communications,
• and other communication methods permitted by law.

Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP. Opting out of certain communications may limit your ability to access portions of the Platform or receive service-related updates.

5. Intellectual Property

All Platform materials, including but not limited to software, workflows, automation systems, branding, graphics, content, training materials, databases, designs, trademarks, logos, text, and technology are owned by or licensed to CoreMentor OS and its affiliated licensors and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

No ownership rights are transferred to users through use of the Platform.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, resell, sublicense, or create derivative works from Platform materials without prior written consent.

6. Third-Party Services

The Platform may integrate with or rely upon third-party systems, software providers, communication carriers, advertising platforms, payment processors, CRM systems, scheduling systems, or external applications.

We are not responsible for the availability, policies, performance, or actions of third-party services.

Use of third-party services may also be subject to separate terms and policies provided by those providers.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform and all services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We do not guarantee:

• uninterrupted or error-free operation,
• specific recruiting or business results,
• system availability,
• message delivery success rates,
• or compatibility with all devices, browsers, carriers, or third-party systems.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, are disclaimed.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CoreMentor OS, its affiliates, contractors, officers, employees, partners, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or business-related damages arising from or related to:

• use of or inability to use the Platform;
• communication delays or failures;
• data loss;
• third-party service interruptions;
• recruiting outcomes;
• system outages;
• or unauthorized access to information.

Your use of the Platform is at your own risk.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CoreMentor OS, its affiliates, partners, contractors, licensors, and associated entities from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, expenses, or legal fees arising from:

• your use of the Platform;
• your violation of these Terms;
• your communications or marketing activities;
• or your violation of applicable laws or third-party rights.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update, modify, or revise these Terms at any time without prior notice.

Continued use of the Platform following updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
